Seminar “Effective management of a multi-family building. New opportunities for internally displaced persons”, Харків

The event will be held in Kharkiv, on April 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with the support of the project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” implemented on behalf of the German Government by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The project consultants Viktoria Pohorielova and Dmytro Marusych together with participants will discuss the following issues:

• HOA as a form of a multi-family building management (common property, management, decision making, etc.)
• Sources of funding for the maintenance of a multi-family building and implemetning energy efficiency measures (cost estimation, maintenance fund, fees and charges)
• Organization of operation of a multi-family building. Carrying out current and capital repairs (engineering systems, technical and sanitary maintenance, technical inspections, implementation of energy efficiency measures, etc.)
