ІІІ Energy Partnership Forum ’17 “Energy Management: Best Practices”, Kyiv

Оn April 27, 2017, the “Parkovyi” Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv will host the III Energy Partnership Forum ’17 “Energy Management: Best Practices”.

Organisers: State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE) jointly with the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Municipal Economy of Ukraine, with the support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation and numerous donor projects in energy sector, including the projects “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” and “Modernisation Partnership: Energy Efficiency in Hospitals” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The main panel discussions will be focused on the following topics:

• New options under the programmes on building refurbishment
• Energy management in public sector
• ESCO in public and residential sectors
• Modern instruments for improving energy efficiency in industry

Ms. Ima Khrenova-Shymkina, Deputy Project Director, will contribute to the 2nd panel discussion “Energy management in the public sector: energy efifiency reality without investments” by delivering the report entitled “Energy management in municipalities: policy, vision, instruments”, and also to the 4th panel (“Modern instruments for improving energy efficiency in industry: energy management, financial incentives and sanctions”) with the presentation of a new project funded by GIZ – “Energy Efficiency in Business Sector”.
