Final event of the educational project on energy efficiency, Zhytomyr

On December 14, 2016, in the framework of Sustainable Energy Week to be held in Zhytomyr on December 12 -16, 2016, Zhytomyr City Council will organise the final event summarizing the outcomes of educational project on energy efficiency, which was being implemented in secondary schools of the city under the project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
The main focus was given to fostering energy saving behavior amongst youth, professional advanced training for teachers, improving facility management skills of the persons responsible for energy management and monitoring in schools.
In addition, during the whole Sustainable Energy Week, an exhibition of children’s drawings dedicated to Ukrainian-German cooperation in the field of energy efficiency will take place.
