Five consortia of Ukrainian municipalities under the lead of

  • Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council
  • Chernivtsi Сity Council
  • Sievierodonetsk Сity Council
  • Poltava Oblast State Administration
  • Zhytomyr City Council

— are cooperation partners in the Energy Efficiency in Municipalities Project. They have been selected through a transparent national wide two-staged competition and are being provided with know-how, training, consultation and advice on development and implementation of energy management.
