Workshop “Introduction of energy management in public buildings: ESCO instrument. The role of HOAs”, Dnipropetrovsk

The event will be held in the premises of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council on March 31, 2016 with the support of the project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” implemented by GIZ.

The workshop participants will discuss the main directions of cooperation between the project and partner-cities of the consortium led by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, as well as application of ESCO mechanism and role of HOAs in implementing energy efficiency measures in residential buildings, in particular the experience of Latvia in this field.
