The training will be conducted by quilified lecturers and experts in residential property management, legal, economic, financial, accounting and technical aspects of residential building management etc. Tuition fee is covered at the expense of Zhytomyr city budget.

Students who attend the training course and successfully pass the final test will receive a state-recognized certificate in advanced training in the field of housing and municipal economy.
