EUSEW – Luhansk regional forum of HOAs “Еnergy Efficient House of Future”, Sievierodonetsk

The event will be held in the framework of the European Sustainable Energy Week on June 16, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Sievierodonetsk Municipal Palace of Culture. It is aimed at sharing the experience of implementing energy efficiency projects and measures in residential buildings by HOAs.

Organizer:
Luhansk Regional Office of the Association of Ukrainian Cities with the support of the project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Participants:

• representatives of the regional administration, heads of structural units of Luhansk Regional Military and Civilian Administration
• Executive Board and the municipalities of Lugansk Regional Office of the Association of Ukrainian Cities
• heads of district state administrations, district councils, local governments, enterprises, NGOs, etc.

The forum agenda provides for the coverage and discussion of the following issues:

1. HOAs as a form of multifamily buildings management
2. Implementation of energy efficiency projects: experience of GIZ
3. Credit support programs for improving energy efficiency in buildings with HOAs in 2016
4. Establishment of HOAs in Luhansk region
5. Experience of implementing energy efficiency projects by regional HOAs
6. Experience of applying energy efficient technologies in multifamily buildings of the region
