Round table “Raising standards through improving energy efficiency in buildings with HOAs. Experience of Kharkiv”, Kreminna

On February 14-17, 2017, a series of round table discussions will be held in Luhansk region with the participation of representatives of Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne, Kreminna and Starobilsk executive committees, HOAs and public utility companies.

Objective: to raise awareness of HOAs in the field of energy management of buildings and implementation of energy efficiency projects using the practical experience of Kharkiv city

Luhansk Regional Office of the Association of Ukrainian Cities with the financial support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) under the project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The discussions will take place within the following two panels:

• Panel 1 – The experience of implementing energy efficiency projects in buildings with HOAs in Kharkiv city
• Panel 2 – How to develop a project proposal and submit it for consideration to international donor organizations?
