Seminar on energy saving for HOAs, Dnipropetrovsk

On the agenda of the seminar organized by the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council are presentations of best practices and experience of energy efficiency projects implementatin from Lutsk adn Lviv Oblast followed by signing of a Memoradum of cooperation between the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council and the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.
